My Clinical Experience
With over 25 years of experience as a senior executive at Deutsche Bank, I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge in managing businesses and leading teams in high-stakes environments. During my career, I travelled the world, navigating the complexities of trading and investing billions of dollars. My journey took a pivotal turn in 2015 after a life-changing event made me re-evaluate my priorities and focus on what truly mattered. Drawing on my extensive experience in the business sector, I transitioned into a coaching and mentoring role, where I now help individuals unlock their potential and achieve both professional and personal growth.
My Clinical Interests
As an Executive Coach and ADHD Coach, my approach centres around empowering clients to take actionable steps towards their goals, focusing on what they must do rather than what they could do, and providing a supportive, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their challenges and find tailored solutions. From my years of mentoring professionals—from graduates to senior executives—I’ve developed a passion for helping individuals navigate major life transitions, develop a healthy work-life balance, and discover a renewed sense of purpose. I believe in the power of personal accountability, resilience, and the pursuit of happiness.
My Hobbies and Interests
Outside of work, I lead an active and fulfilling life. I’m an avid fitness enthusiast, spending a lot of time in the gym and on the tennis court. Despite being a self-proclaimed poor guitar player, I enjoy playing and currently own seven guitars, which drives my wife, Alison, a bit crazy! My family is at the heart of everything I do. I have two grown-up children, Charlie and Alex, and I find joy in walking with my two dogs, Rocky and Marbles, and my cat, Zuma. Above all, I’m committed to living a happy and balanced life.
