Kathryn Wheatman

ADHD Coach & Counsellor

After a long and fulfilling career in another field, I made the decision to follow my true calling supporting others on their neurodivergent journey.

Following my own late ADHD diagnosis at 38, I dedicated my life to understanding the lived experience of ADHD and autism and helping others navigate their own paths with
compassion and confidence.

As an ADHD Coach and Counsellor, I offer bespoke, client-led sessions designed around each individual’s needs, goals, and experiences. I believe in creating a safe and supportive
space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore both the challenges and strengths that come with neurodivergence.

Together, we unpack the “why” behind behaviours and build realistic, tangible coping mechanisms to support a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Outside of my work, I’m deeply inspired by the arts, nature, and sport. I’m passionate about cooking nutritious food and exploring the powerful connection between gut and mind. I’m also motivated by collaboration — especially with people who are driven to create positive change for humanity and holistic wellbeing on a universal scale.

Qualifications and affiliations include:

  • Level 4 Counsellor & Psychotherapist
  • ADHD Coach
  • CBT Therapist
  • Life Coach
  • Specialising in neurodivergence in all aspects of life
