Dr Pablo Jeczmien
Following a long-serving medical career, starting out as a heart surgeon before moving into psychiatry, psychoanalysis, and philosophy, Dr Pablo Jeczmien developed a unique approach to mental health. He previously served as a Consultant Psychiatrist in General Adult Psychiatry for the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Psychiatrists. His expertise spans community, inpatient, and forensic settings.
His work with Clinical Partners and as an NHS Community Consultant involved assessing and managing various mental health conditions. With a particular interest in depression and anxiety disorders, Dr Jeczmien is well-versed in diagnosing and treating patients with a wide range of mental health issues, including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and bipolar disorder.
Dr Pablo Jeczmien firmly believes that mental health issues cannot be addressed through a physical lens alone. His approach, which has been inspired by various schools of thought and experience, focusses on the whole body, and treating the root cause of a condition, not just the symptoms.
He embodies Harley Row Clinic’s three-fold approach—a combination of psychological intervention (therapy, counselling or coaching), medication, and functional medicine (gut health and nutrition) together with lifestyle, that leads to long-term, lasting results. This comprehensive approach allows him to tailor treatment and clinical management to the needs of each individual client.
Dr Pablo Jeczmien possesses a wealth of psychiatric knowledge and a compassionate and professional demeanour. In addition to clinical work, he has a keen interest in research and has contributed to publications, research investigations, and clinical trials.
