Aletta Sørensen
Aletta Sørensen is a registered Nutritional Therapist and Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner, currently pursuing a Master’s degree at CNELM Middlesex University in London.
Her interest in nutrition began due to personal health challenges that confounded doctors across multiple countries; this drove her to exploring nutritional solutions as an alternative treatment to brain surgery. Her first-hand experience inspired her to help others achieve better health through personalised nutrition plans.
Over the past seven years, Aletta Sørensen has worked with clients worldwide, focusing on creating nutritional strategies that cater to their individual health needs. Her approach is evidence-based; incorporating the latest clinical research and techniques to address chronic illnesses and health concerns.
Aletta has also been involved in developing supplement lines and protocols. This has helped her understand supplements and their effective use at a deeper level, and implement this into her practise.
Aletta is committed to keeping informed—her work has been recognised in several publications such as Integrative Healthcare and Applied Nutrition Magazine, Medical Market and more. She is currently finalising a research paper about inflammation and immunomodulatory agents in autoimmune disease. Collaborating with the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners, she has developed a course on gut health that details the gut-brain axis, a vital connection when dealing with neurological conditions.
Aletta’s philosophy is that each person’s health journey is distinct, and deeply personal. Her own experience taught her to think outside the box, to find solutions that might not be immediately obvious. She combines professional knowledge, with personal experience with illness. To Aletta, nutritional therapy isn’t just a job—but a life-mission that is close to her heart.
